My Skin Rejuvenation Process Continues...

As most of you know I have been frequenting The Melrose Aesthetic Centre quite a bit lately as the results that I have been getting have been amazing!

Just before jetting off to Mauritius for the Rapport Calendar shoot recently I went in for another treatment that uses light technology to rejuvenate the facial skin.

I experienced slight discomfort but nothing too radical. Once done and once the post treatment cream was applied and left on for a while I was free to go with my skin feeling tighter and fresher and also glowing.
I was able to step out into the public straight after the treatment was done and with a launch that evening I was reassured that I would not look like a red tomato.

Now a few weeks down the line I have to admit that the treatment definitely paid off, my skin still feels great and I experience far fewer breakouts than previously.

This treatment, which is called the BBL treatment, also focuses on reducing the sight of blemishes and sun damage, which in this case has also worked in my favor.

For more enquiries about this treatment you can contact The Melrose Aesthetic Centre directly on 011 214 9940 or visit www.skinbodysoul.co.za

  1. Hi,

This treatment you are having is it more for adults passed puberty or can teenages get this treatment also? You say it helps to reduce breakouts.

I have a nephew who has bad acne that has broke out more this year & concerned about scaring.

    Thanks in advance.

  2. Hi Kemptoo

I am pretty sure teenagers can get the treatment as well as it does not involve taking any medication that could cause hormonal imbalances. I would recommend going in and having the problem assessed.

I had big acne problems as a teenager, even in my earlier twenties I still battled with acne, so it is not abnormal but perhaps in an attempt to prevent scarring it would not be a bad idea to go in and have it checked out.

  3. Thanks for the reply. Looking at your pictures I would not think you had a acne problem.

I will look into this treatment more.

    Thanks
