Day 1 Training Routine: Chest

Start off your day session by doing a 10minute cycle or whatever cardio suits you best. I like to swim! :0)


Warm Up: 3 Sets of 20 reps on light to moderate weights

1) 3 x sets of 15 to 20 reps on light to moderate weights

2) 3 x Sets of 15 to 20 reps on light to moderate weights

3) 3 x Sets of 20 reps on light to moderate weights
o   3 Sets of 10 reps


Hanging Leg Raises
o   Straight up x 20 reps
o   Bent knees x 20 reps
o   To the side - left x 10 reps
o   To the side - right x 10 reps

Do 3 sets and increase intensity as needed by holding a light weight between your feet

Weekend Shenanigans!

aaah! How I love to chill and relax over a weekend, especially now that uni has started! This weekend was a great one and what made it even more so special was that I got to hang out with some great mates!

We also watched Tapdogs at Monte which was beyond amazing! And if I could, I would watch it again! Got me thinking though; tap-dancing looks like a super boosted energised cardio workout, well, at least the way they do it in Tapdogs!

What more could one ask for :0)

Now back to reality! haha!

Some pics from weekend getaway...

Recently I took a little vacation, kind of did not tell anyone where I was going to be, and it was great just to get away and relax! Even if it was just for two days!

Back To Reality!

All I can say is Hallelujah! Back to school! haha!

I think some peeps would be surprised, but ya! I am super happy to be going back to class, well, technically from Monday, but tomorrow we have orientation on campus and I am looking forward to completing my degree this year!
