So I gave gym a skip for 3 months, oh well... haha! But am now back and ready to kill it and teaching me some new tricks I got my good mate, Ivor and personal trainer kicking my ass!
One thing I realised though after my extended gym vacation was that I am super grateful that I have trained hard over the last 6 years, therefor did not loose much :0) So all smiles... The only thing that I did loose was strength! But hey, will get that back :0)
